And what a horrible, nasty, sorry excuse for a man to say those things to you (and also the one who spoke to your friend!) It never ceases to amaze me how human beings will treat one another... and how EVERYONE sees it as their supreme right to pass judgement and make comments on Mother's doing what they do... the hardest, most frustrating, challenging and relentless job in the world. My goodness, I am appalled that a stranger would say such a thing, obviously a very unbalanced individual.<br />And you know what, I actually had a really disturbing encounter with a man last weekend too... thankfully without my boys in the car. But he basically stepped off the footpath as I was parking my car, then proceeded to hit my car with his hand and abuse me for apparently almost bumping into him! It was a very threatening situation and it made me angry, but also very intimidated. To the point that I actually let the parking spot go and drove off.
